At PMAC, our mission is to leverage real-world evidence and multi-institutional data to uncover key mechanisms of treatment resistance and optimize personalized therapy for patients with breast cancer.

This newest publication represents the collaborative work of researchers and clinicians across our participating academic centers. By aggregating and analyzing annotated clinical and circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) liquid biopsy profiles, our consortium continues to shed light on critical molecular drivers in advanced breast cancer.
